CYPT’s Measurement4Change is looking to work with Waterloo Region organizations

Interested in collecting better data on your organization’s program participants, across all age ranges? Want to know more about their sense of belonging to the program, to the community and their wider program outcomes? The CYPT’s Measurement for Change (M4C) Task Group is now open for new partnerships for this upcoming Fall and Winter period. Send us an email and we will schedule an introduction meeting and share more information!

The M4C is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) and its team is represented by various community-based organizations and representatives as well as academia in Waterloo Region. The group supports community-based programs serving children, youth, and families by assisting with data collection and analysis related to participants’ sense of belonging. They work closely with program staff to develop tailored surveys using standardized and validated questions. Additionally, they want to provide peer-to-peer opportunities to discuss ways our organizations can adjust programs to better serve our diverse community members. Please note that all of the supports to community organizations are fully covered by the CYPT’s partnership with OTF, this means that there are no costs for program staff working with M4C!

For more information, you can visit our M4C webpage on the CYPT website. There, you’ll find a video outlining our work, a range of M4C survey tools and resources, program design training videos, and our Community Belonging dashboard. This dashboard includes aggregated and confidential responses from over 400 previous program respondents across Waterloo Region, providing insights into their sense of belonging in various contexts and demographic breakdowns.
