Thank you to everyone who came to our Community Conference, Forward Together: Activating Change, Amplifying Belonging in partnership with Waterloo Region Immigration Partnership and the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan.
Each year, CYPT hosts an Annual Conference in November, but this was the first year that we joined forces with the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan (Region of Waterloo) and the Waterloo Region Immigration Partnership. We’re grateful to be able to work so closely with these two amazing community collaboratives.
Over 300 people came together to learn and work together, focusing on community wellbeing and belonging. We’re especially grateful to the grade 10 civics students and their teachers who joined us to add unique insight into these conversations.
