Family Compass went offline at the end of 2023 so we could make the site accessible and AODA compliant. Recently, representatives from the three groups who came together to create the site (Lead Agency for Child & Youth Mental Health, Special Needs Strategy Partnership Table, and the Children and Youth Planning Table) met to discuss next steps.
We considered three scenarios:
- Make the current website accessible and republish it
- Create a new site
- Keep Family Compass offline
After considering costs, usage rates, other prioritized projects, and need, the group decided to keep Family Compass offline until further notice.
